I design workshops from first principles: light direction, atmospheric scattering, subject distance, human movement, and the ethical obligations of photographing place. Educated at the University of Texas at Austin and based in Santa Fe, I build itineraries that let technique serve attention. My emphasis is disciplined preparation, respectful field practice, and images that retain a sense of discovery.
